• Check your trade URL is saved and is your own account's - copy the whole link from Steam's trade offer settings.
• Your Steam inventory must be public, and your account must be able to trade.
• The trade pop-up shows the offer's status the whole time; if Steam refused it, it says why. Nothing moves until an offer completes.

Our offers only ever come from our vault bot and their message reads traderust.com deposit #N or traderust.com withdrawal #N, where N is the number the site shows you. A deposit offer only asks for the skins you chose and gives nothing; a withdrawal only gives. Anything else - another account, other items, a different number - is a scam: decline it.

Then nothing moved: skins you were depositing stay in your Steam inventory, and skins you were withdrawing go back to your traderust inventory. Offers expire after 10 minutes - just start again.

If Steam puts a trade on hold, the pop-up shows it and you can still cancel it on traderust until Steam completes it. Steam decides holds, not us - check your account's Steam Guard settings.

Deposited skins are held by our vault bot. Every 10 minutes we check the bot's real Steam inventory against everything users own and publish the result as proof of reserves. You can withdraw your skins to Steam any time.

Deposits are credited once the network confirms the payment, which can take from minutes to longer on a busy network. You're credited for what actually arrives. If it's been much longer than usual, contact us with your deposit number from Wallet.

Cashing out costs 2%, taken out of the amount, with a minimum of $5. You can cancel for 60 seconds in Wallet; after that it's sent and can't be reversed - so double-check the address. Trading itself is free.

For skins already on traderust, the sale and cash-out happen together or not at all. For skins still in Steam, the sale runs when the deposit lands; if the cash-out can't start then, the money stays in your balance and the pop-up says why - cash out from Wallet.

Buy orders don't set money aside - they're paid from your balance when a seller fills them. If your balance couldn't cover the order at that moment, it's cancelled, and Orders shows the reason.

That's by design: you always get at least the price shown, and better if the book moved in your favour. If it moved against you, nothing trades and you see the new prices.

Yes - use the API with an API key. Keys can trade but can never withdraw or cash out.
